Kwells Kids Travel Sickness tablets are a medication specifically designed to relieve travel sickness in children. They contain the active ingredient hyoscine hydrobromide , an anticholinergic medication that helps alleviate symptoms associated with motion sickness, such as nausea and vomiting.
